この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、NoxelLab（以下「運営者」）が提供する ShareTunnel（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約に同意したうえで本サービスを利用するものとします。
本サービスは、利用者の端末どうしでファイルを直接転送するためのソフトウェアを無料で提供するものです。ファイルは利用者の端末間で直接送受信され、運営者がファイルを受け取ることや保存することはありません。
利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。
本サービスは、Cloudflare、公開Nostrリレー、STUNサーバーなどの第三者のサービスを利用します。これらのサービスには、それぞれの提供者が定める規約などが適用されます。
運営者は、事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を停止・終了することがあります。
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、効力発生日を定めて本ページに掲載し、その日から効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
本サービスへのお問い合わせと、本規約に反する利用の通報は、support@sharetunnel.app で受け付けます。

NoxelLab（以下「運営者」）は、ShareTunnel（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを次のとおり定めます。
運営者は、本サービスを通じて利用者の個人情報を取得・保存しません。アカウント登録はなく、アクセス解析や広告のための Cookie も使用しません。
ファイルとファイル名などの情報は、利用者の端末間で DTLS により暗号化して直接送受信され、運営者のサーバーを経由しません。暗号化と復号は、本サービスが配信するプログラムが利用者のブラウザで行います。そのため、配信されるプログラムが改ざんされていないことが、この暗号化の前提です。
本サービスの仕組み上、次の第三者に情報が送信されます。各社での取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本サービスは、次の情報を利用者のブラウザ内（IndexedDB、Origin Private File System）にだけ保存し、運営者には送信しません。ブラウザのサイトデータを削除すると消去されます。
本サービスは、通知とアイドル検出（画面ロックの判定）の許可を求めることがあります。これらは端末内でのみ使用し、外部に送信しません。
運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更し、本ページに掲載します。

These Terms set out the conditions for using ShareTunnel (the “Service”) provided by NoxelLab (the “Operator”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. This English version is a translation; the Japanese version prevails.
The Service is free software for transferring files directly between users’ devices. Files travel straight between those devices, and the Operator never receives or stores them.
You must not:
The Service relies on third-party services such as Cloudflare, public Nostr relays and STUN servers, each governed by its provider’s own terms.
The Operator may change, suspend or end the Service without prior notice.
The Operator may change these Terms when needed. Revised Terms are posted on this page with an effective date and apply from that date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute concerning the Service.
Questions about the Service and reports of use that breaks these Terms are received at support@sharetunnel.app.

This policy explains how NoxelLab (the “Operator”) handles information in ShareTunnel (the “Service”). This English version is a translation; the Japanese version prevails.
The Operator does not collect or store personal information through the Service. There are no accounts, and no cookies for analytics or advertising.
Files and details such as file names travel directly between users’ devices, encrypted with DTLS, and never pass through the Operator’s servers. Encryption and decryption are done in your browser by the program the Service delivers, so this protection assumes that the delivered program has not been tampered with.
By the way the Service works, the following third parties receive information, each handling it under its own privacy policy.
The Service stores the following only in your browser (IndexedDB, Origin Private File System) and never sends it to the Operator. Clearing the site data in your browser deletes it.
The Service may ask for permission to show notifications and to detect idle state (to tell a locked screen). These are used only on your device and nothing is sent out.
The Operator may change this policy when needed and will post it on this page.
